It was a true pleasure working with Brie and her Real Estate Company. I knew I wanted to move to the Payson/Pine/Strawberry area. I was looking for something with a little land and a well built house. It took over a year but Brie worked diligently and sent me updates every week on new listings and price reductions. We went on tours several times over the year period until we hit the right one. She was instrumental while we were in escrow to make sure everything went smoothly and we closed on time. Can't thank Brie enough for all that she has done for me and my move up to Pine.

MaryLou and her associate Jill, were highly instrumental in helping us sail thru a quick closing on our dream A-Frame cabin in Strawberry. Both of them were always available to answer any questions we had either by phone call, text, email or in person. Nick at Pioneer Title was also so very helpful for a quick closing, as well. They are very knowledgeable about the local area and shared phone numbers of local contractors, housekeepers, restaurants, utility companies, etc. We would not hesitate to use MaryLou, Jill or Nick again in the future. They are top notch professionals that know what they are doing.
