What a genuinely amazing human being! We had the pleasure of doing three transactions with Chris and Team. He was always prepared and knowledgeable. Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. In our case, the buyer/buyers agent dropped the ball on occasion, and he was in essence doing their job as well. He is a dedicated hardworking agent, great experience.
