What a great realtor! We have been working with Kim Decker on and off for several years. We were 1st time buyers looking to buy a home in 2020. We were 2 weeks away from our closing and Covid shut that down for us. My husband became unemployed and we couldn't buy the house. We contacted her again in 2026 looking to sell a co-owned family home. Kim made the process so easy. She explained all the docs to us and answered any questions we may have had. The home sold quickly!! Recently, she helped us again! We reached out to her after the sale of the family home. She showed us some properties and helped us decide. We wanted a quick close and Kim was so helpful! The whole buying process went wonderful! We had so many questions that were handled professionally and promptly. Kim has the perfect attitude and she is very good at her job! Her communication skills are great, we were always able to connect with her. Thank you Kim, Sheri & Lee Jankowski

Words can't describe how wonderful it was to have Kim help me with selling my mom's estate. I live out of state but Kim helped me to take care of everything. A few repairs were needed and she had experienced contractors onsite to make the repairs. Kim communicated throughout the entire process. I was never left wondering what was going on and what the next steps were. Kim even helped me get in touch with the title company to get required documents in place for the sale of my mom's estate so there would be no delays. I can't thank her enough for being there. She absolutely went above and beyond. It meant the world to me to have her help me through this sale.

Kim does a great job of staying in contact with her clients while providing great advice and helpful insights. Kim's vast experience and great connections helped us to navigate the purchase and sale of a home in a relatively short period of time.
