Words can't describe how wonderful it was to have Kim help me with selling my mom's estate. I live out of state but Kim helped me to take care of everything. A few repairs were needed and she had experienced contractors onsite to make the repairs. Kim communicated throughout the entire process. I was never left wondering what was going on and what the next steps were. Kim even helped me get in touch with the title company to get required documents in place for the sale of my mom's estate so there would be no delays. I can't thank her enough for being there. She absolutely went above and beyond. It meant the world to me to have her help me through this sale.
