What a great realtor! We have been working with Kim Decker on and off for several years. We were 1st time buyers looking to buy a home in 2020. We were 2 weeks away from our closing and Covid shut that down for us. My husband became unemployed and we couldn't buy the house. We contacted her again in 2026 looking to sell a co-owned family home. Kim made the process so easy. She explained all the docs to us and answered any questions we may have had. The home sold quickly!! Recently, she helped us again! We reached out to her after the sale of the family home. She showed us some properties and helped us decide. We wanted a quick close and Kim was so helpful! The whole buying process went wonderful! We had so many questions that were handled professionally and promptly.
