Susan went above and beyond our expectations. We wanted a fairly quick sale and she helped stage inside and outside and quickly arranged multiple showings and offers. She was always available to deal with issues quickly and efficiently. As we were out of state during the sale process she also assisted us by arranging for and supervising several professionals who took care of issues that arose from the home inspection. We certainly couldn’t have done it without all the extras she did for us.

I am sure she would agree I am picky and neurotic about home buying, but Michelle was so patient and gave me pep talks when I needed them. This is a highly stressful process, especially finding a home that met all of our very specific and unique needs. Before we started working with Michelle, I thought it was never going to happen for us, but she knew just how to handle things and her team was so helpful with marketing and all of the closing documents.
