Melanie has been a gem in my life. When she helped me buy my first home in 2016 she continued to guide me throughout the years. I remember when I decided to move from AZ to CA and she encouraged me to rent out my home instead of selling. Fast forward to September 2020, I took a leap of faith and decided to sell my home during a pandemic...and Melanie was the first person I reached out to. I spoke with her almost every other day prepping, strategizing, and planning until my house was finally sold on December 2, 2020.
