Melanie has been a gem in my life. When she helped me buy my first home in 2016 she continued to guide me throughout the years. I remember when I decided to move from AZ to CA and she encouraged me to rent out my home instead of selling. She even went above and beyond to provide me with the resources that I needed in order to rent since it was all very new to me. Fast forward to September 2020, I took a leap of faith and decided to sell my home during a pandemic...and Melanie was the first person I reached out to. I spoke with her almost every other day prepping, strategizing, and planning until my house was finally sold on December 2, 2020. I couldn't imagine a better person to work side by side with during these unprecedented times. Melanie is consistent, she builds a genuine relationship with her clients, and her years of experience in both real estate and marketing makes her an expert in her field.
