Real estate teams in AZ, 85374

They were quick to communicate and very knowledgeable in every question we had!

Katie & Matt’s experience of having million of dollars in sales and a good understanding and knowledge of my unique neighborhood (Sun City Grand) were instrumental in my decision to have them help me sell my home. They were friendly, easy to contact and supportive throughout the entire selling process. They gave me excellent advice along the way, and their experience really helped when it came to negotiating the best price for my home. They also worked well with the Buyer’s agent which resulted in a smooth, quick and easy closing of escrow. The whole process was great from beginning to end.

From the first conversation, I was impressed with the manner in which you responded to a total stranger, it was almost 6 o’clock, and you took the time to show me a home, and then went one step further , to spend almost 2 hours with me, your attention to detail was impressive I have been dealing in the real estate business for over 60years, and my experience with you is near the top. Thank you so much. And would recommend you highly.
