If you want a knowledgeable, reliable, and 'will always fight for you', kind of realtor...this is who you want to sell or help you find your perfect home. We have sold 2 homes (1 was a short sale), and purchased 2 homes with Hector's help. He tells it to you like it is, will support your decisions, and really cares about your needs. He has also guided a family member to find a perfect rental home as well. I highly recommend Hector for all your realty needs.

Hector was honest and straightforward as he guided my wife and I through buying our first home. He was careful to listen to what we wanted, but also gave us helpful information and insight. I was highly impressed by his quick responses and his use of technology. I would highly recommend Hector, and if my wife and I ever move, we will certainly use him again.

Excellent Experience

I could not be more pleased with Alicia and Art Morrison. Upon our first meeting Alicia was prepared with comps and pertinent information of the current market trends. She was easy to work with, professional and an excellent communicator. I heard from her often and knew exactly what was happening throughout the entire transaction. I needed to sell my mom's house fast due to moving her into Memory Care. They had an open house the next weekend with lots of interest then again the next weekend. Alicia and Art had the house sold within a month. I received a fair price and felt very supported through the negotiation phase with the buyer. I would highly recommend Alicia and Art to anyone looking to buy or sell. I've not had great experiences with realtors in the past. Alicia and Art hustled and were no-nonsense professionals.
