Jeff does a great job. He’s smart and worked really hard at getting the best deal for us. Plus he helped negotiate a tricky repair problem. This is the second house that Jeff has helped us buy and I will definitely use him again in the future.

Jeff was very proactive in protecting our interests, handling a number of picayune/nuisance details and working with contractors to make necessary repairs. He interceded with title for us to keep the agency on target. Jeff was available to us from dawn to late night by both phone, text and email and performed his tasks on our behalf according to our schedule, not at his convenience. His service was particularly critical for us as we are located 200 miles from the listed property and couldn't be present for any of the discussions, repairs, inspections and the like. We have bought and sold five properties in two states in the past five years and Jeff provided outstanding service to us. We enthusiastically recommend his services.

I would highly recommend Jeff. He went above and beyond for us when we bought our house in Sun City. While we were looking for properties he was available and listened to us about our needs and wants. He did not waste our time which I greatly appreciated. After we found our property we discovered there were several repairs needed before closing and he kept right on top of everything and we were able to close on time with all repairs completed. He did a great job and I would use him again for purchasing or selling.
