Hello my name is Joseph my wife and me fell on hard times beginning last year in 2025 and it became very hard to catch up in 2026 so we were facing a foreclosure we were getting low balled by tons of other companies and out of nowhere this young man Kevin Gonzalez De la Vega called me up and right off the bat I noticed he was different from the other companies that don't care about people. He actually cares about us and our situation and how to help us out. The foreclosure was vastly approaching in less than a month and this young man swooped in and promised us he can sell our house at a fair price and before foreclosure date and he did, he delivered everything he said he would and he found us a rental so we had somewhere to stay after the sale. My wife Megan and me are eternally grateful to Kevin and his team ,we were in professional and compassionate care the whole time. When my wife and me are ready to buy a house again we will definitely call Kevin up no question about that! On behalf of my family my wife Megan and our fur babies we would like to say thank you Kevin!!! You saved us from foreclosure and possible homelessness you gave us a chance to make our lives better and a chance to be able to buy a new house in the future. I will start off by saying that he deserves more stars than I am allowed to give. His customer service is 1000%. James really listened and quickly caught on to the details that mattered to us most when searching for our new home. This made house shopping that much easier. He did not waste time showing us homes that did not meet our needs . Not only that but James is a well experienced realtor and with that being said I have to acknowledge that he brought things to our attention that we would have otherwise overlooked. He went above and beyond . Even drove around the neighborhood, spoke to neighbors he really canvassed the neighborhoods and homes with our best interest at heart. Ultimately the decision was ours to make and he negotiated to get us the deal. James was always just one call away along with his assistant Girselda.
