Tracy is the absolute best of the best! We thought she did such a great job the first time that we got her involved when we bought our second home! She is extremely knowledgeable and fully understood our wants. Tracy made sure that we understood every aspect of every step as we went through the home buying process. My only concern is that Tracy’s excellence will be the bane of the realtor job market. She is slowly, but surely, conquering all of the valley. Her listings will blot out the sun! Jim is the best realtor in town, hands down. He assisted me in buying my first place in 2016 and has performed numerous transactions for my family since then. Bob did a great job helping me get into a triplex in Phoenix.
