Bob did a great job helping me get into a triplex in Phoenix. I spent about a month calling agents and driving around town, so I have a good idea of who knows the entire process well and who's not there mentally. He was always available and offered advice, often before I asked. My project property is relatively small in the Real Estate market and I designed it to be a learning experience, so I'm really pleased with how things turned out for the amount of work that has to go into negotiating the closing of one single property. Where do we start? This was our 1st ever home purchase and we knew nothing about any of the process, besides what area we wanted, and were nervous to say the least. Harvey came highly recommended for the West Valley and surrounding areas from our mortgage Co. He made the process so easy and we found comfort in his presence and his knowledge. We were very impressed how hard he worked for us, his patience with us, and also how he seemed to have such great rapport with his colleagues. We felt he had our back and communicated wonderfully through the whole process. I am happy to have found an awesome home but kinda sad to not hang with Harvey any more.
