Bob did a great job helping me get into a triplex in Phoenix. I spent about a month calling agents and driving around town, so I have a good idea of who knows the entire process well and who's not there mentally. He was always available and offered advice, often before I asked. My project property is relatively small in the Real Estate market and I designed it to be a learning experience, so I'm really pleased with how things turned out for the amount of work that has to go into negotiating the closing of one single property.
