Finding a new home is not an easy process especially when relocating from the west coast to the east coast. Trevin is amazing, I am so grateful to have worked with him. Our journey started as we connected while I still lived in Arizona. He helped me neighborhood shop which meant touring an endless amount of houses. His patience, knowledge of the area and directness is exactly what led us to my dream house. Once he felt like he really knew me, he built a tour with 3 amazing options and I ended up choosing one that spoke to so many things I kept saying throughout the journey. I really found the perfect house and it was thanks to him! He answered so many questions. He showed me some great places to eat. He made himself avaliable as much as possible. He stood up for me when something didn't seem quite right. Ultimately, he made sure I was ready to take on Florida living as a whole! Not only do I have a reliable realtor, but he is family now. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative. She even helped us work through an issue where the sellers agent had tried to pull, what I believe to be, some pretty unethical behavior. Will be recommending her to everyone i know.

Joni was amazing to work with. She has many years of experience as a realtor for lived in home, newly-built homes, and through the lender's side. Very knowledgeable, and answered many questions I had as a 1st time seller, and answered questions I didn't know I would have. She followed up with me anytime she would get interest on the property at any time of the day, didn't matter if that interest didn't fallow through. I would highly recommend.

Ayanna Hawkins was so patient and kind. But she has such energy that made selling my home easy, almost fun. I would use her again if I needed to sell again!!
