We met Susan in April and explained our situation. Susan was very patient and worked with our ever changing needs until we found the house we wanted. She also had great insights into the neighborhood and family life.

Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. In our case, the buyer/buyers agent dropped the ball on occasion, and he was in essence doing their job as well. He is a dedicated hardworking agent, great experience.
