I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the entire home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart every step of the way. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared and how dedicated she was to helping me find and close on my home. Buying a house can be overwhelming, but she made the experience so much easier and gave me confidence throughout the process. I’m extremely grateful for all her hard work and would recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor. She truly deserves all the recognition!

Kathleen helped us IMMENSELY as first time buyers. You can imagine we had a lot of stupid questions. Not only were we new to the entire process, but we had to purchase our house site unseen from overseas, and Kathleen was so accommodating with video tours, setting up contractors, scheduling maintenance, everything! We were so scared of buying a home without being there, but Kathleen made the experience so much less frightening. She got us a great deal and a wonderful home. She really seemed to be looking out for us and we're so grateful!

Personable, knowledgeable, professional and very caring.
