Karen is the best Realtor we have ever worked with (representing us both buying and selling), hands down. Not only is she an astute professional, but she is remarkably kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She stays abreast of market trends, offers sound advice, is incredibly communicative, well connected, and really? Just a wonderful person. When we first started working with Karen, we were stationed on the east coast- so lots of calls, texts, even facetime to help my Husband and I find our first home together. With her guidance, we were able to beat other offers (during Covid and even using a VA loan!) and close without issue. Fast forward a few years and it was time to list our home due to a fast approaching deadline for work out of state. Karen got us set up quickly, realistically prepared us for the selling process, and got our home on the MLS rapidly. We recently closed from out of state, and it's Karen's expertise that made a stressful transition much more manageable. Through both buying and selling, Karen has consistently been there for us, and we couldn't be more grateful. She has always made us feel like VIPs, regardless of the price of the transaction, and we've felt genuinely valued and cared for. Karen and her team were amazing to work when we recently sold our home. Karen & team did a real time market value on our home, did not set an unrealistic value or expectation on the property and timeline to sell. From the photos to market materials, every thing was first class. We had numerous showings every week during the listing period and multiple offers over the the time on market.
