This was my first time purchasing a cabin with unique qualities like having hauled water, passive heating, septic, and a unique build history. There were many times when I thought the deal was over because of the uniqueness of the cabin but each time Savanah swooped in and solved the problem. Not only does she have a tremendous amount of knowledge but she is also an expert negotiator. She is fierce, a creative problem solver, and adventurous. We were driving all over the state looking for this perfect quirky cabin. 100 out of 10 would recommend Savanah.

If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative. She even helped us work through an issue where the sellers agent had tried to pull, what I believe to be, some pretty unethical behavior. Will be recommending her to everyone i know.
