She also knew about the over 55+ communities, potential fees associated with them, and the many HOAs in the area. We’ve purchased several homes over the years and Betsy was right on top of things before we found our home, after we made an offer, throughout additional negotiations, warranty transfers, right on to and through closing. Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. In our case, the buyer/buyers agent dropped the ball on occasion, and he was in essence doing their job as well. He is a dedicated hardworking agent, great experience.
