But wait....there's more. We signed the required documents to get her to represent us. She did the video and pictures (at her cost, mind you), and then the next day, I received a call from Dawn. I thought she would update me on the pictures or the listing. Nope. We received a full-price offer already. Wait what? We JUST signed documents! It's true. After that, she went to work taking care of minor repairs and coordinating every aspect of the deal. She updated us regularly and displayed that sense of urgency rarely seen in this industry. She is something special in the real estate business, and I recommend her to anyone searching for a different type of real estate agent.
