Experience matters, especially when it comes to finding a perfect house/apartment. Thanks to Jerry Humphrey, my wife and I found a gorgeous lakefront home with park views in a gated community in the heart of Chandler. We are from New York and have never been to Arizona in our lives. Jerry made the process easy and put our minds at ease. Because of his skill and expertise, everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Jerry knew exactly what we were looking for and he never pushed us. He was patient, understanding and extremely pleasant to work with. I am positive that everyone reading this review will agree that being a good negotiator is an important quality whether you are looking to sell or purchase. Jerry absolutely has this qualification. His decades of professional experience make him a top realtor. We have purchased and sold properties in New York throughout the past twenty years, so needless to say, we have worked with countless realtors. We can say without hesitance that Jerry rises to the top. The closing took place a month ago, and afterwards we wanted to upgrade several items in our house. Guess what? Jerry introduced us to a number of experienced vendors and everything worked out so perfectly. And that’s not the end of our relationship. We have now become very good friends! We are so lucky to find him (whom we’ve dubbed “Mr. Wonderful”) this past summer. Here’s to a long-term business relationship and friendship, Jerry! If anyone asks for a reference, please feel free to provide them with my number. Thank you very sincerely for all you have done for us!

This is the 2nd time we have used Clay for a realtor. Both were pleasant experiences! He definitely knows his stuff! The only realtor that we would use.
