Thanks to Jerry Humphrey, my wife and I found a gorgeous lakefront home with park views in a gated community in the heart of Chandler. We are from New York and have never been to Arizona in our lives. Jerry made the process easy and put our minds at ease. Because of his skill and expertise, everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Jerry knew exactly what we were looking for and he never pushed us. He was patient, understanding and extremely pleasant to work with. We have purchased and sold properties in New York throughout the past twenty years, so needless to say, we have worked with countless realtors. We can say without hesitance that Jerry rises to the top. The closing took place a month ago, and afterwards we wanted to upgrade several items in our house. Guess what? Jerry introduced us to a number of experienced vendors and everything worked out so perfectly. And that’s not the end of our relationship. We have now become very good friends! Jerry has gone above and beyond helping me purchase my first home. Ran into some hiccups here and there on my end but Jerry helped me overcome them. Whenever I had a question he would get back to me in a quick timely manner. I could of not picked a better realtor!
