Zack is awesome! He was kind, helpful, answered all our home buying questions, showed up at every milestone with the home buying process, (walkthrough, inspection, closing) and is genuinely such a great guy to have helped us get into our home.

Zack is a good friend of ours, but it was cool to see him step into the role as our Realtor as well. He walked us through each step of the process so that there was absolute certainty on the next steps and what we needed to do. He was able to negotiate for seller concessions to buy down the rate along with some great BINSR items. I live in a different state then the property I was selling. Major repairs needed to be made. Julie was always there to see that the repairs were made and would let me know if something else, like getting a new front door would make a big difference. She made arrangements and sent pictures. She kept me encouraged when a potential buyer pulled out without a reason. Even during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays, she was available.
