Tara did an incredible job with the sale of my house. She was professional, communicative, and very clear about everything she needed from me. Right from the beginning, I understood everything about the process, as she explained it all in a simple, direct way. She went above and beyond to make sure my house was ready for sale, and her input on the contract negotiating process was right on the money. People talk about the stress of selling a house, but I didn't experience any of that because Tara does her job and makes it easy for her clients. I was extremely impressed, and I would highly recommend her to anybody.

I cannot say enough good things about Tara and my experience with her as my realtor. She was always response and available for any homes I wanted to see or questions I had as a first-time buyer. On top of her responsiveness, she was also the perfect blend of easy to work with, but tenacious enough to have my best interest in mind as a buyer and get me the best possible outcome. When an unusual snag occurred in our closing process (on the buyer's side), she stepped in and went above and beyond to stay on top of the situation, keep me informed, and ensure everything closed as agreed upon without so much as a snag.
