Monica has been great to work with! We knew a little about the home buying process and what to look for. But she went way above and beyond to make sure we not only bought a home but also that we knew exactly how everything would go. She explained everything (I mean everything) to where we understood. We not only got a great house but we also are so glad we have no surprises. She was there when we did inspections and we got everything in a home we wanted and more! Plus her kindness can’t be matched. Just all around great realtor and woman!

We needed to update, clean and list a home after the death of a loved one. We lived primarily out-of-state and Monice was happy to jump in and coordinate the workers, gather bids and even pitched in to make sure the house was ready to list. Her advice about the market, pricing, and how to respond to offers was dead on! She made the whole process seamless. We would hire her again in a heartbeat.
