Taylyr went above and beyond to sale my property due to me living out of state. She volunteered to do tasks for me that I couldn’t physically do such as meet with the pest control inspector or meet with the handyman for an emergency repair, etc. She fought for my best interest and gave me her honest opinion on what she believed was a good or bad deal and didn’t try to influence my decisions even if it wasn’t in her favor financially. She always returned my phone calls and responded to my text and emails in a timely manner. There were some tense situations on numerous occasions , however she maintained a professional demeanor .
