Taylyr’s vast experience in the industry is evident in the way she clearly communicated with me from day one to closing. She confidently told me how much she believed the property would be sold for and included me with major decisions in the negotiations with buyers agents. Taylyr went above and beyond to sale my property due to me living out of state. She volunteered to do tasks for me that I couldn’t physically do such as meet with the pest control inspector or meet with the handyman for an emergency repair, etc. She fought for my best interest and gave me her honest opinion on what she believed was a good or bad deal and didn’t try to influence my decisions even if it wasn’t in her favor financially.
