We were very pleased with Ken's professionalism and market knowledge. Ken made the home buying process a breeze. He was always available, even when he was on vacation (who does that)! Our dream house already had a cash offer in, Ken recommended we put in a back-up offer in the off-chance it fell out of escrow. Long story short, the cash offer ended up backing out and we got our home! Great advise Ken!

Working with Jenna was truly one of the best decisions I made throughout my family’s home-buying process. From start to finish, she was amazing in every way. Jenna is incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients. She was always responsive, patient, and made sure I understood every step along the way. What really stood out to me was how tenacious she is — she fights for you like it’s her own home on the line — but she does it with so much kindness and professionalism. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and she never cuts corners. She stayed on top of everything, handled every detail, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is dependable, honest, and will go above and beyond, Jenna is the one. I can’t recommend her enough and I’m beyond grateful for everything she did for my family and I.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Danielle to purchase our first home. She was such a helpful guide to us throughout the entire process, and I always felt like our (many) questions and requests were her top priority. Danielle’s wealth of experience really paid off for us during the offer phase. She’s an excellent negotiator and communicator. In our case, our offer was quite a bit below list price, and Danielle skillfully communicated with the listing agent to level-set prior to us making our offer. She is also analytically savvy and had many important data points to back up our position when we made an offer. All in all, Danielle is a great agent and on top of that she is super friendly. We have happily recommended her to friends, and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.

It was our pleasure working with Danielle Paluscio as our agent during our first homebuying purchase. We were primarily looking at historic homes in the midtown and uptown Phoenix areas, therefore there was a huge learning curve as first-time home buyers! Danielle guided us throughout this process, helping us to evaluate which aspects of the homes required expensive repairs vs minor fixes. Communication during the process was consistent and reliable. In terms of negotiation, this is where Danielle really shines! She used her market knowledge to give us realistic expectations, however whenever it came time to negotiate (initial offer, counter offer, repairs, even final walk-through), she really went to bat for us. We were happy to have Danielle's support and advocacy throughout this process.
