From the listing appointment to closing, Barbara was a consummate professional. She was wel-l prepared at the listing appointment having obviously spent much time learning not only about this one residence, but was knowledgeable about the whole area. She held a weekend of Open Houses that brought many interested parties to view the house and then did a great job of negotiating when we received multiple offers. Aspects of this transaction were challenging, but she was calm and handled everything like a pro. My family could not have been more pleased with the job she did. I highly recommend Barbara as terrific realtor.

I have had the opportunity to use realtors numerous times over the years and I must say Barbara is the best! The entire process was pretty much stress free, as Barbara managed every detail from the beginning all the way through the close of escrow. Not only did she set a record for price per SF in the neighborhood, she shattered it by getting over $200,000 more than the other realtors I interviewed wanted to list for. More importantly, Barbara was able to negotiate a 40 day lease back to help with the transition into my new home. If your looking for the "white glove" treatment and want a great price for your home than I recommend Barbara! Oh, I forgot to mention that Barbara was also able to find and close on my new home within that 40 day lease back period.

Buyer of 5040 East Sunnyside Drive, Phoenix
My wife and I had a great experience working with Danielle to purchase our first home. She was such a helpful guide to us throughout the entire process, and I always felt like our (many) questions and requests were her top priority. Danielle’s wealth of experience really paid off for us during the offer phase. She’s an excellent negotiator and communicator. In our case, our offer was quite a bit below list price, and Danielle skillfully communicated with the listing agent to level-set prior to us making our offer. She is also analytically savvy and had many important data points to back up our position when we made an offer. All in all, Danielle is a great agent and on top of that she is super friendly. We have happily recommended her to friends, and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.

It was our pleasure working with Danielle Paluscio as our agent during our first homebuying purchase. We were primarily looking at historic homes in the midtown and uptown Phoenix areas, therefore there was a huge learning curve as first-time home buyers! Danielle guided us throughout this process, helping us to evaluate which aspects of the homes required expensive repairs vs minor fixes. Communication during the process was consistent and reliable. In terms of negotiation, this is where Danielle really shines! She used her market knowledge to give us realistic expectations, however whenever it came time to negotiate (initial offer, counter offer, repairs, even final walk-through), she really went to bat for us. We were happy to have Danielle's support and advocacy throughout this process.
