Brad has supported our family with the buying and selling process since 2019. Most recently he supported the simultaneous process for buying and selling. After working with Brad, we cannot recommend him enough. We had numerous complex challenges that we ran into when selling our condo and Brad managed the road blocks with a strategic mindset, always helping us understand the best options we had available and working tirelessly to problem solve and find solutions. Brad is a strong negotiator who had the ability to consistently know when to push and when to give to get the best possible outcome. We appreciated Brad's thorough and reliable communication as we were never left with any ambiguity around what to expect. Above all, we had incredibly high trust with Brad due to his ability to prioritize our needs, demonstrate genuine care, and execute and follow through without skipping a beat. We are certain we would have not been as successful in this process without Brad and can't recommend him enough!

Brad was great to work with. He was very professional and very attentive to our wants and needs when we weren’t sure what we were looking for. He advocated for us and made the process of buying our first home so easy and smooth. We will definitely recommend him to anyone we know who is looking to buy and use him in the future!

When I started the home buying process I didn't really know much about buying a home. Brad walked me through everything in a way that I could understand. Not only was he knowledgeable but he never pushed me to make any decisions unless I asked for his professional opinion on something. He was always available and seemed like he genuinely cared about doing the best thing for us. I would recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and will be using him in the future.
