We have only good things to say about John; He was not just a real estate agent, he was also our Partner in the recent sale of our home. In addition to his diligence in walking us through complicated real estate transactions and hosting multiple open houses, he also was proficient in advising us on strategic decisions that we would have struggled making without him. John knows the ropes, and leveraged his knowledge to best represent us in the journey of selling our 1978 home. When we had a question, he was there for us , and his overall communication skills were just stellar. He also provided an extensive array of contractors that we needed to tackle the myriad of house tasks to make our home more sellable. We are very thankful to John Grant and would do business together with him without hesitation.

Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with on our dream home property. She was able to have the seller accept a contingent offer on their property, due to us having to sell our other property first. (Continent Offers are rarely accepted in Colorado, and especially Cherry Hills Village) We had a double closing with selling our current home and purchasing our new home. She was an amazing agent that looked after every detail! We would not have been able to do this with any other agent. This is our third property to buy/sell with Heather, and we wouldn't want to do it with anyone else!
