Lisa went above and beyond to find us a home. Every single property she showed us had the requirements that we were looking for in a home. The home we decided on was complicated to say the least. Lisa walked us through every process needed for downpayment assistance, working to purchase a HUD home, the electrical meter fiasco, etc. She was even willing to come over with her paint brush to help us get FHA approval if needed. My family is so happy in our new home and we are eternally grateful to Lisa!

I did a lot of research before deciding to partner with Chad. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, easy to communicate with, and always operated with integrity. Despite being out of state and being our first home buying process, I felt the experience was as stress free as possible. We lost out on two houses before closing on our first home but I never felt lost in the process. Chad was very clear about the communication that was happening between him and the seller’s agent, gave his opinion, but also gave us space to make decisions we felt was best for our family. During our second trip to Denver to look at houses, a few listings popped up within 24 hrs of landing that we were interested in. Chad was able to call the listing agent and easily fit them into our schedule and one of them ended up being our first home. We were able to close despite another offer coming in that was a few thousand dollars higher than our offer. You’ll understand when you meet him but I have no doubt that the way he communicates and represents his clients makes a good impression to the seller’s and seller’s agent which ultimately helped us close on our first home. All in all, we had a great experience with Chad and I would be happy to partner with him again in the future. Thanks Chad!
