Dave is beyond 5-stars. Amazing from day one and still is after the sale of our house. Our home sold within 2 days of being listed with Dave. Which I chalk up to his fresh and modern marketing techniques, amazing knowledge of our unique home style and overall skills as a realtor. Great communicator, great personality, always going above and beyond for anything you need. Doesn’t push or pressure you during your decision making periods. We would truly not recommend anyone else in Colorado and can’t thank Dave enough for making our sale as seamless as possible.

David was a pleasure to work with, and he went above and beyond in making buying and selling our home a smooth process. He was communicative, informative, and helpful every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend him to any friends and family looking to buy or sell in the area.

I loved working with David, and he would be my go to realtor in the future -- he's friendly, transparent, and pro-active. We both bought and sold a house with David, and although selling had some challenges (due to the housing market and moving out of state pre-sell), David went out of his way to line things up for us and ease the sale. Highly recommended.

John has bought and sold multiple properties for our family and every one has gone smoothly. He takes care of so many details, knows how to prepare for viewings, removes obstacles, fixes anything that needs it and is good with setting realistic prices. John is available when needed before and after the sale. He cares about good outcomes for his clients. We highly recommend John as a qualified and trustworthy realtor.

"John Christopher knew I was desperate for a quick closing, and he absolutely delivered on that. The total time from when my house went on the market to when I had the funds from the sale in my bank account was eight days! The amount of coordination that John had to do very quickly was enormous, but he did it with a positive attitude and always kept me informed of where we were in the process, what my options were, and he always explained the pros and cons of each decision I had to make without giving his opinion unless I specifically asked for it. Even though I was 1100 miles away when my home went on the market, I knew at all times exactly how things were going. John's communication skill level is very high, he has the ability to reduce the incredibly complicated real estate jargon to something I was able to understand quickly. And he got me a sale price $50,000 higher than I ever hoped to get! I can not recommend John highly enough, the amount of work he did in a very short time was well beyond what I'd ever heard of any other realtor doing."

"We’re grateful that it was John Christopher who handled the sale of our house and we’re very satisfied, highly recommended."

My wife and I recently had the privilege of working with Fran McGrath as the realtor handling the sale of our house. His professionalism, expertise, and unwavering commitment to our best interest left us truly impressed. His extensive knowledge and attention to detail made the entire selling process seamless and stress-free. Fran’s an excellent communicator. He was highly responsive at every step of the way, keeping us thoroughly informed about what was happening and what to expect next. He’s also gifted at explaining real-estate jargon and processes in a way that put us at ease. His expertise in pricing and negotiation resulted in a remarkable sale price that exceeded our expectations. His goal was to get us the best possible price for our house, and he did. This was the second time we’ve hired Fran as an agent — the first was when we were buyers. His deep understanding of the local market and extensive knowledge of the area helped us find the perfect house. And his negotiating talents and instincts worked to our clear advantage in that instance, too. In summary, both times we’ve worked with Fran McGrath were absolute pleasures. Not only is he a consummate professional, but he’s also a kind, caring, and affable guy, whose knowledge and demeanor make the whole process a lot less stressful than it could otherwise be.

This is the second house we have purchased and later sold with Fran. He is so knowledgeable about the Aurora area. No BS and he will tell you what you need to know.

We were happy with Fran's efforts to sell our house. He kept us informed and helped us choose the best offer. We would recommend him to family and friends.
