He was always ready to help or pick up the phone if anything came up or anything confused me. He explained things throughly including suggestions for what he recommends would be better. He was helping the loan process and seemed like he was tirelessly working to make sure we felt comfortable with our dream house. Michelle is the absolute best!!! After my wife and I had a bad experience dealing with our first agent on the purchase of our first home, we decided to look for a new agent the 2nd time around and found Michelle, right away the vide was different, she was responsive, professional, and treated us as if we were family.
