A Wonderful Guide in a Crazy Market This market sure was a wild one! All the homes I was interested in were selling 100k+ over asking! Shawntel was able to help me out and when I found the home I was looking for, she was able to write up an aggressive offer that I was still comfortable with. Not only did we get the home, but it even appraised higher than the purchase price! Shawntel was available for us night and day, all days of the week and that kind of flexibility is priceless. She would consistently reach out to whomever so that our closing time line was right on schedule. And to top it off we were able to get under contract to sell my former house! She's been an absolute rockstar and we'll be going with her again when the time comes!
