John helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home! It can be very overwhelming with how hot the market is and John was always very reassuring and knowledgeable about homes he showed us and was very quick to draw up the offer paperwork for us after viewing homes we liked. He sent us homes that he thought we may be interested in based our budget and taste, and if we sent him homes we liked he was responsive and acted fast to get a viewing scheduled for us. If we had any questions, he responded quickly and was very thorough in answering all questions and concerns we had. Buying a home is such a huge investment and I’m very thankful we had John to help us find and purchase our first home!
