She showed us many homes and was always ready to work with our schedule. In this crazy market, she knew once we found ‘the one’ we had to move fast. Michelle lined up everything for each property that we looked at so that we could make an offer right away if we loved the house. One afternoon Michelle sent over a property that was not even in my searches online. Instantly we fell in love with the home and Michelle drafted all of the paperwork to make an offer as she had done before. After looking at this home we knew this was the one for us. Michelle submitted everything that night and negotiated beautifully (a few times) with the seller. Michelle was there for us every step of the way. She explained everything to us. She called and emailed daily with updates or asking for updates. She kept the seller calm when our closing date got moved back and went above and beyond in every aspect. There were hiccups with our transaction and Michelle kept both myself and the seller sane during the process. She was hands on the entire time and provided a priceless service. We would not have even found this home without Michelle. Michelle was professional and ALWAYS there for us. We absolutely love our home and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
