Marina and Nick did an outstanding job in assisting us with purchasing our dream home. Now, I'd like to share our experience of Marina helping us sell our current primary residence. Overall, the sale process was seamless and quick. Initially, Marina provided us with a comprehensive cash-to-flow statement detailing the listing price, expected selling price, renovation schedule, projected time on the market, and closing date. By the time we moved out, Marina had coordinated all the contractors to start renovations and personally supervised their work. It was a rare case where I could completely let it go and trust someone else. All renovations were completed on schedule, and we were listed on the market as planned.
