My fiancé and I reached out to Revelina in Fall 2021, and we just moved into our new house in May 2022! The Bay Area housing market is tough and competitive, and with Rev, we felt well equipped to tackle it. I was a first time home buyer, and for my fiancé, it was his second. We interviewed a few realtors when we started our house search, and Rev immediately stood out. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely kind and patient and willing to show us as many houses as we needed to see before we found "the one." She never pushed us into making an offer that we were not comfortable with, and she gave us the space to decide what we wanted to do. She was always helpful in providing us with the information that we needed to make a decision, and she truly never made us feel dumb for asking any questions. Specific call outs that distinguished Rev: 1) she invested time up front going through the ins and outs of the offer contract so we would understand the contract and all of the terms before we even submitted an offer, 2) she is extremely responsive to text and emails. It's stressful to buy a house, and we never felt like we were waiting for a response from her, 3) she is extremely organized and on top of things. You don't want a realtor that is not detail oriented, and she is excellent in this regard, and 4) she was honest in sharing her opinions about the properties we viewed.
