I just closed on the sale of my house of sixteen years and Vivian helped me from the beginning to the end which was about a month and two weeks. She physically helped in the cleaning with me, and sometimes she goes on her own which impressed me. She told me that it will take a week after open house to place a pending sign and that happened exactly. She’s experienced, knowledgeable and very professional, I’m very much impressed with her and will definitely work with her again. Thanks Vivian, you are simply the best.
