My husband and I recently listed our home with Joe Frazzano.  We had interview several other top producing agents to be sure we were making the best “who to hire” agent decision. We both felt very comfortable with Joe from the very beginning. Joe was very detailed in his explanation of his entire marketing plan and how we can get the best price for our home. We really got a grasp on why he is the best realtor in the Bay Area.  It became obvious very quickly. Needless to say, our home sold for a very good price in less than 12 days.   We loved how Joe handled all of the details from start to finish.  Joe actually asked us for our house key and literally took care of every possible detail while we were at work.  That is what I call customer service.  He had all the answers, the vendors, and the best marketing prep-staging- marketing combo presented to us.  We are very happy with Joe’s performance and he will always be our “go to” realtor for all of our work colleagues and family.

Ken did a flat out AMAZING job for me! I have a property that just closed in Union City, CA. He got me more than asking price, and supported me in every step of the process during the pandemic. He was so kind. For example, he had me work with his stager, Lucilene English, who advised me carefully what to use of my own things, and helped me purchase a few inexpensive things for staging. She helped me place things by communicating remotely. He also works with others who made the experience compassionate. Ken assured me that there would be a buyer that liked my house and swimming pool as is, and collected information from me about improvements I had already made. He set out getting tours of my home by potential buyers who would be more likely to want what I already had without making a lot of expensive changes. He was so right. I can't say strongly enough how much I hope that others seeing this review will consider giving their business to Ken.

Steve was always there when we had any questions and made the selling of our home of 25 years a fairly simple deal as he orchestrated the very smoothly and without a lot back forth which made the stress of selling a property a non issue . So thanks Steve for all you did for we really appreciate it.
