Lia helped me and my wife close on our first home and was absolutely amazing to work with. Due to a tragic event, our first realtor had to hand off our account to her friend and colleague, Lia Turner, to finish the sale right as we were closing. Lia came into our lives literally the week we were supposed to close. From the jump, Lia was warm, attentive, and super quick at answering our every needs. And behind the scenes Lia had to pull off some miracles in order to make sure the transaction completed (in particular making sure we got a provisional sidewalk compliance certificate from the City of Oakland at the 11th hour because it had been neglected and forgotten in the shuffle). Since closing Lia still checks in on us to make sure we are doing good and sends us holiday greetings. She was an absolute joy to work with and we are so grateful to her. Although we don't have plans to buy any new property any time soon, she is our first recommendation to friends in the area.
