Allison was competent and thorough. I especially appreciated her for the follow up and information she sourced to help me with evaluating potential building lots. She was easy to work given my schedule and limited time for appointments. I found her to be helpful but most importantly she did not make a strong sales pitch and allowed me to take my time to consider each property she found for me with my specific request in mind.

Katherine helped my wife and I find our first house in just one day of showings, sold our home in three months, and got us a contract on our second home in two months with the exact builder and neighborhood that we wanted. She is always anticipating your needs and finding ways to be the best agent for you. I trust that if she recommends something then it must be important and worth considering.

I recently had a home destroyed do to a very large tree. I have been a real mess since. I asked Bill Pharr to help me find a home. I will never be able to thank him enough. He made things so easy for me. He was wonderful

Wil was always available to us to answer questions.
