My wife and I initially started working with Cameron Reynolds to buy property to build our forever home on. We were very selective (picky) about what we wanted but had very little experience shopping for or purchasing real estate. He added or revised documents to provide us maximum advantage and negotiated time to get surveying, testing and answers to questions for county officials and utilities completed in order to have the property fully vetted out before sitting down at the signing table. In short, Cameron made it possible for us to close with confidence. Cameron Reynolds has, without a doubt, been indispensable in making our real estate dream a reality.
