Zach was the second agent that I hired to sell my house, the 1st agent didn't work out. Before selecting Zach, I interviewed 5 other real estate agents, all with years of experience. Zach was only one that had an actual marketing plan - not just standard real estate agent MO - take some pictures and post the house for sale on the MLS. The plan included everything from Web-based Campaigns, Telemarketing (including outside of Denver), Neighborhood Canvassing (phone & door-to-door) and Open Houses (28 Open House Signs were placed HOURS before the actual open house. In addition to a great marketing plan Zach displayed superior market knowledge (asking price was within $1000 of appraisal), great personal skills and exceptional negotiation skills.
