Before meeting Yania, we went into home buying a bit blind a couple years ago and was slightly taken advantage of and luckily didn't end up purchasing a home. Yania was then referred to me by my sister after my husband and I had a bit of a rough time figuring out all the things with buying our first home. While working with Yania we had a complete 180 experience. She took her time, listened, and never pressured us to just pick a home until we felt like we were ready to. After a few months we ended up finding a home that was perfect for us. Yania is thoughtful and caring and truly was a blessing to work with. Purchasing a home with Yania was an incredible experience from start to finish. I’ll be the first to admit that I was extremely indecisive — I must have seen close to 40 homes, and my preferences changed constantly. I wanted a pool, then I learned about the maintenance and didn’t want one. I didn’t want an HOA, then decided I actually liked having an HOA. I didn’t want to live in Tradition because it felt far away… and I ended up buying a house in Tradition anyway! Through all of this, Yania remained patient, kind, and completely honest. She never once made me feel rushed or frustrated, and she always helped me think things through instead of pushing her own agenda. There were homes that were much more expensive, and she easily could have steered me toward those for a higher commission — but she never did. She consistently focused on what was best for me and my large family, which says everything about her integrity and professionalism. Yania upheld the utmost integrity throughout the entire process. She truly cares about her clients and their happiness long after the sale. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. he helped us find our dream home, and I’m confident she will help you find yours as well.
