Hello, First time homebuyer here! There is so much good to say, but I will try to keep it brief (and fail). Wayne Mattson was assigned to me through the RealtyPlus program after I'd parted ways with my first realtor. Wayne came in swiftly and reassured me that he had my back, and from day 1 he proved it. Not only is Wayne extremely knowledgeable of the real estate world, he has a passion to see his clients happy. Wayne went above and beyond to ensure I knew and understood each process every step of the way. Wayne is not your average realtor, he possesses an emotional intelligence that is necessary when working with clients during one of the most stressful decisions of their lives. He made sure I got a better than fair deal, and stood up for me when the seller/selling agent wanted to cut corners. I can go on and on but I will say one more thing. After closing, Wayne gifted me with a very nice houseplant (and others but the plant is why I cried). As a first time home buyer I was unaware of how difficult it was to find a realtor who was there for clients as I thought a realtor should be. I worked with a few realtors until I was lucky enough to find Wayne. I would recommend Wayne to anyone purchasing or selling a home, he is a professional and goes out his way to ensure you as a client is taken care of. Wayne is very knowledgeable about the area and provided details about every community we visited, I must say this helped me a lot as I was not familiar with the areas at all. I was able to count on Wayne at any time of the day, he was very responsive to emails, phone calls and texts. One of the things that I must point out that I personally liked was how fast Wayne got to know me and what I was truly looking for in a home, this made me feel a sense of comfort knowing he understood me and my desires. You cannot go wrong if you work with Wayne he gives 110% to his clients.

Wayne is a great realtor and went above and beyond in helping and dealing with our constant changing schedule and what it was we were looking for. For example, he responded to our request to help us a find a short-term rental as we were moving from out-of-state, and then decided to buy, and he just rolled with the chaos. He was always very responsive to questions and easily adjusted to on-the-fly requests and thoughts from us. Highly recommend.
