Wayne was an absolute dream to work with. We had no idea what we were doing, since this was our first sale ever, and he just made everything so easy and stress free. We could not have been happier, he was amazing with every part of the sale from beginning to end! Hello, First time homebuyer here! There is so much good to say, but I will try to keep it brief (and fail). Wayne Mattson was assigned to me through the RealtyPlus program after I'd parted ways with my first realtor. Wayne came in swiftly and reassured me that he had my back, and from day 1 he proved it. Not only is Wayne extremely knowledgeable of the real estate world, he has a passion to see his clients happy. Wayne went above and beyond to ensure I knew and understood each process every step of the way. Wayne is not your average realtor, he possesses an emotional intelligence that is necessary when working with clients during one of the most stressful decisions of their lives.
