He was always available for us when we had questions or concerns and always willing to help and go the extra mile without being asked. Lots and lots of information. Never hesitating to get further information for us in order to help us make decisions. We’d refer him over and over again. Keep up the good work Wayne - By the way we are thinking about trying to get a larger home so we will be looking to sale and then buy another home with his help, no doubt he will be the only one we will call.

Wayne was an absolute dream to work with. We had no idea what we were doing, since this was our first sale ever, and he just made everything so easy and stress free. He will work and fight for you. That is the phrase about Wayne, that came out of my mouth many times throughout this whole process of selling and buying. I had previously worked with Wayne about 15 years ago so I knew of his professionalism, work ethics, and integrity, so when I found out he was a realtor, there was no doubt in my mind that we would be giving him a call and I am so glad we did. At first I emailed him just to chat and see if it was "possible" for us to sell and buy a new home. He is so knowledgeable and experienced that although it was hard work, he made it possible to get from beginning to end. Being honest, with this crazy market it was stressful at times, seeing tons of homes and not being able to put an offer on many of them, or, putting an offer and getting rejected many times, made me want to give up a few times. But Wayne's amazing can-do attitude was so refreshing and a motivation for us. I seriously don't know how he juggles all of his titles (realtor, husband, dad, community leader, etc,. etc.) and still manage to keep that amazing calmness and attitude.
