I think I have said everything in my review - the only thing I might have forgotten is and that is extremely important to my husband and me - is the friendliness, the patience. Any time I called I got greeted with a friendly voice, no matter how many questions I had. On our closing day, I called 5 times and every time I knew the phone call would be answered with a friendly welcoming voice. As I said before - very patient, very polite and friendly and if you read the review - top notch in re to professionalism and knowledge!!! Overall I can say the honestly very short time of the sale, Wayne Mattson showed a certain calmness; when we used to be on zillow all day long, soon after we met him we stopped and hadnt been on there since much at all. As a client you get a sense of "work behind the scenes", he gives you the tools and then you work with him. The other thing we really appreciated is the hands on character he proved. When there is a photo shoot, he would walk through and helped get the house ready for the shoot, so hands on! And once you see the photos you know why he was there to help! At the end it was a very quick and successful sale! Real Estate transactions can be stressful and long. But he guided us all the way - it was definitely not long to sell our house and it was never stressfull because he works with the family seeing the family as what it is - mom and dad and kids, school and afternoon activities. He tells you what needs to happen to get the sale done but works around your capabilities. He is a true professional!!!

Wayne Mattson: he has the knowledge and you hear that in every conversation. He knows how to network and has a good understanding of the local housing market and the area in itself! His attention to detail is extraordinary - by email, going through forms or at the closing table! Wayne is very engaged and very polite. He knows how to pick up a frustrated client and make the best out of it! He lets people talk and voice their concerns (believe it or not - doesnt always happen). But I believe once you pick you a frustrated client you got to listen and he still does once I mix in our experiences with the previous agent. He never gets impatient (again: not every realtor does!) He is interested in what he sells-he doesnt just leave you alone once you look at a house - again I have experienced different before Wayne Mattson! He is very honest and it shows! When I called Century 21 last year I asked for the best realtor they had and Wayne truly is. Wayne is a great realtor and went above and beyond in helping and dealing with our constant changing schedule and what it was we were looking for. For example, he responded to our request to help us a find a short-term rental as we were moving from out-of-state, and then decided to buy, and he just rolled with the chaos.
